Qu’appelle-t-on au juste le « slow sex » ?
Comme son nom l’indique, le « slow sex », c’est prendre le contrepied d’une sexualité dite conventionnelle, rapide, focalisée sur la stimulation et l’excitation, dont le but essentiel est de parvenir à l’orgasme. C’est donc, a contrario, faire l’amour en « pleine conscience », en prenant le temps d’écouter son corps, ses sensations, ses ressentis, et de lui faire confiance. D’être, en somme, plus présent et réceptif à ses propres émotions corporelles en observant avec humour et bienveillance toutes les injonctions, pensées et réflexions mentales qui nous empêchent d’être vraiment là, dans l’instant présent. Cette nouvelle approche sensuelle et sexuelle à deux exige pas mal de pratique et surtout une volonté commune et complice concernant l’intimité.
