Des associations de protection de l’enfance ont saisi le CSA et signalé huit sites pour adultes qui sont selon elles en infraction. Ces saisines pourraient déboucher sur des décisions « dans les toutes prochaines semaines ».
Depuis plusieurs semaines, certains sites pornographiques affichent, en France, un message à leurs visiteurs, les enjoignant à répondre à un questionnaire, et affirmant être visés par une enquête du Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA). « Vous risquez de perdre accès à notre site bientôt à cause d’une nouvelle loi qui nous exige de vérifier votre âge en partageant vos données privées », peut-on par exemple lire sur le site Pornhub, affirmant que les réponses des internautes seront remontées au CSA.
