Les sites pornographiques doivent mettre en place des outils pour empêcher que les mineurs aient accès à leur contenu.
De nombreux sites pornographiques pourraient bientôt être inaccessibles en France, et ce, en raison du manque de moyens concrets mis en place pour empêcher les mineurs d’accéder à leur contenu. Plusieurs sites X ont en effet été mis en demeure par le Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA) à cause de cela et risquent de voir leurs portes fermées en France s’ils ne se plient pas à la législation française.
