Cela fait quelques jours que certains des plus emblématiques sites pornographies indiquent faire l’objet d’une procédure du CSA. Le Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel agit en vertu de la législation en vigueur qui oblige les sites à renforcer la vérification de l’âge de leurs visiteurs.
"Attention ! Vous risquez de perdre accès à notre site bientôt à cause d’une nouvelle loi qui nous exige de vérifier votre âge en partageant vos données privées. Pour éviter cette situation malheureuse, on vous invite à répondre à quelques questions pour qu’on puisse partager votre avis au CSA, qui a enclenché la procédure contre nous". Voilà comment sont accueillis les visiteurs du site Pornhub depuis quelques jours.
