Un référé lancé par deux associations cible les fournisseurs d’accès à Internet français, en leur demandant de bloquer neuf des plus gros sites de vidéos pornos, au motif qu’il est trop facile pour les mineurs de les consulter.
Pornhub, Xhamster, Xvideos, YouPorn, RedTube… Autant de sites pornos qui pourraient devenir très prochainement inaccessibles en France. Deux associations, e-Enfance et La Voix de l’enfant, ont intenté fin juillet une action en référé devant le tribunal de grande instance de Paris, qui tranchera jeudi 9 septembre. La requête cible l’intégralité des fournisseurs d’accès français, à qui il est demandé de bloquer l’accès à neuf des plus importants sites pornographiques mondiaux, au motif que ces derniers ne protègent pas assez les mineurs de l’accès à leurs contenus.
