Deux associations ont saisi la justice afin de faire fermer les sites pornographiques accessibles aux mineurs, indique RTL. Une décision sera rendue jeudi.
De nombreux sites pornographiques pourraient bien fermer leur accès aux visiteurs en France. Comme le rapporte RTL, Pornhub, YouPorn ou encore Jacquie et Michel sont dans le viseur de deux associations de protection de l’enfance, e-Enfance et La Voix de l’enfant. Celles-ci ont saisi le Tribunal de grande instance de Paris en référé le mercredi 28 juillet dernier dans le but de demander aux fournisseurs d’accès à Internet de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour bloquer l’accès à ces sites.
Les associations accusent notamment les sites pornos de ne pas mettre suffisamment de moyens en œuvre pour limiter l’exposition des mineurs à la pornographie. L’accès aux sites pour adultes est relativement simple et quasi illimité pour les mineurs, rappelle RTL. Les sites spécialisés se contentent souvent de simplement demander à leurs visiteurs s’ils sont majeurs et ces derniers n’ont plus qu’à cocher la case « Oui » pour visionner l’intégralité des contenus.
