Deux associations de protection de l’enfance, e-Enfance et la Voix de l’enfant, assignent en justice les principaux fournisseurs français d’accès à Internet pour obtenir le blocage de plusieurs sites pornographiques jugés trop accessibles aux mineurs, a indiqué vendredi leur avocat Me Laurent Bayon.
PornHub, Tukif, YouPorn… « ne vérifient pas l’âge des internautes » Ces associations estiment que les sites comme PornHub, Tukif, XNXX, xHamster, xvideos, Redtube et YouPorn rendent les contenus pornographiques accessibles aux mineurs en ne vérifiant pas l’âge des internautes ou en se contentant au mieux de leur demander de cocher une case affirmant qu’ils sont majeurs, explique Laurent Bayon.
Or le code pénal interdit de laisser accessibles aux mineurs des contenus pornographiques. Et la loi sur les violences conjugales en 2020 a établi que demander à un internaute s’il est majeur ne suffit pas à exonérer la société de ses responsabilités, indique l’avocat.
