La France va-t-elle bloquer l'accès aux sites porno ? Le tribunal judiciaire de Paris doit rendre en début d'après-midi ce vendredi 8 octobre une décision très attendue sur une procédure intentée en urgence par deux associations de protection de l'enfance en lien avec la Chancellerie. Le 28 juillet dernier, e-Enfance et La Voix de l'enfant ont assigné en référé six fournisseurs d'accès à Internet pour leur demander de couper tout accès à neuf sites pornographiques jugés trop accessibles aux mineurs sur lesquels il suffit d'un simple clic pour confirmer sa majorité.
Érigée en priorité par Emmanuel Macron fin 2019, la lutte contre l'exposition des mineurs aux films X peine à se traduire dans les faits malgré un renforcement de l'arsenal législatif. Depuis juillet 2020, la loi impose aux sites pornographiques la mise en place d'un contrôle de l'âge des internautes, charge au CSA de saisir la justice en cas de manquement pour faire bloquer le nom de domaine des sites.
Mi-novembre, trois associations ont saisi le gendarme de l'audiovisuel à ce sujet pour obtenir le blocage de huit sites pornographiques. Mais l'institution était toujours dans l'attente de la publication du décret d'application pour exercer son pouvoir. Et les sites porno sont toujours accessibles aux mineurs.
