La justice rejette une demande de blocage de sites pornographiques en France

Le tribunal judiciaire de Paris a rejeté, vendredi 8 octobre, la demande de blocage de plusieurs sites pornographiques formulée par deux associations de protection de l’enfance. e-Enfance et La Voix de l’enfant avaient toutes deux assigné en référé les principaux fournisseurs d’accès français à Internet, demandant d’interdire l’accès aux principaux sites pornographiques, accusant ces derniers de ne pas faire assez pour empêcher les mineurs d’accéder à des contenus réservés aux adultes.
Neuf sites pornographiques étaient concernés : Pornhub, Mrsexe, Iciporno, Tukif, Xnxx, Xhamster, Xvideos, Youporn et Redtube. Il leur était reproché de se contenter de demander à leurs visiteurs de cliquer sur un bouton pour confirmer sur l’honneur qu’ils sont majeurs. Les deux associations de protection de l’enfance à l’origine de cette action en justice s’appuyaient sur un récent changement législatif rendant caduques ces protections.
