Chaque jour, Anicet Mbida nous fait découvrir une innovation qui pourrait bien changer notre façon de consommer. Ce lundi, il s'intéresse à une nouvelle arme contre le piratage informatique. On a trouvé un moyen de pister les personnes cachées derrière les paiements par crypto-monnaies.
L’innovation du jour ne va pas plaire aux pirates informatiques. On a enfin trouvé un moyen de pister les personnes cachées derrière les paiements par cryptomonnaies (bitcoin, ethereum et consort).
Cela change tout. Car par la nature même de la technologie des cryptomonnaies (la fameuse blockchain), les comptes sont totalement anonymes. Il n’y a aucun lien entre un numéro de compte en Bitcoin et l’identité de son propriétaire. Contrairement à une banque qui a l’obligation de connaître chacun de ses clients. C’est pourquoi les pirates demandent toujours des rançons en Bitcoin.
