Emmanuel Macron avait donné un ultimatum aux acteurs de l’Internet en 2019. Ils avaient six mois pour trouver des solutions face à l’exposition des mineurs à des contenus inappropriés en ligne.

Le député LREM du Bas-Rhin Bruno Studer s’est emparé de la question. Étude juridique à l’appui, il a déposé début novembre une proposition de loi pour que le contrôle parental soit installé par défaut sur les smartphones ou tout autre appareil connecté, indique RTL .
Activer le contrôle dès l’installation
S’il existe actuellement des moyens de filtrage de l’accès à internet, ils ne sont pas suffisants. La loi prévoit donc d’aller plus loin pour que « les équipements ou services permettant d’accéder à Internet fassent l’objet d’obligations renforcées afin de rendre plus systématique, simple et convivial l’usage par les parents des dispositifs de contrôle ».
