D’après le site Nextinpact, les associations de protection de l’enfance, e-Enfance et la Voix de l’Enfant, ont fait appel de la décision de justice qui avait refusé de bloquer plusieurs sites pornos, dont YouPorn et PornHub.
À la base de cette décision, la plainte des deux organisations qui avaient assigné en référé, le 28 juillet dernier, six fournisseurs d’accès à internet.
Des sites jugés trop facilement accessibles
Selon ces associations, la plupart des sites pornographiques sont trop facilement accessibles aux mineurs : des sites comme Pornhub, Youporn et Xvideos ne vérifient pas l’âge des internautes surfant sur leur site, ou se contentent de leur demander de cocher une case attestant de leur majorité.?
Le 8 octobre 2021, la justice avait déjà rejeté leur demande visant à couper l’accès à plusieurs sites X par les fournisseurs d’accès français Free, Colt, SFR, Bouygues et Orange.
Pour le vice-président du tribunal judiciaire de Paris, seule une prise de contact préalable auprès des éditeurs et hébergeurs aurait permis de solliciter des mesures alternatives au blocage pur et simple, unique option envisageable dans une procédure visant les principaux fournisseurs d’accès internet français...
