PROTECTION DES ENFANTS Les mises en demeure émanant du Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel concernent Pornhub, Tukif, Xhamster, Xvideos et Xnxx
C’est un dernier avertissement avant les sanctions. Le Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel a haussé le ton lundi envers cinq sites pornographiques, sommés d’empêcher d’ici 15 jours les mineurs d’accéder à leurs contenus, sous peine de se voir bloqués sur décision judiciaire.
Pornhub, Tukif, Xhamster, Xvideos et Xnxx sont concernés par les mises en demeure du CSA. « Nous en appelons à la responsabilité des opérateurs », a déclaré l’autorité de régulation. « Un mineur, et en particulier un enfant qui se retrouve devant des contenus inadaptés, tels que les contenus pornographiques, peut être durablement, et a minima, choqué ».
