Le délai accordé le 13 décembre par le CSA à cinq sites pornographiques pour bloquer leur accès aux mineurs touche à sa fin. Cette décision historique est l’aboutissement d’une longue prise de conscience sociétale et politique, portée initialement par les associations de protection de l’enfance.
C’est une première historique dans la lutte contre la pornographie en ligne en France. Le 13 décembre, le Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA) a mis en demeure cinq sites parmi les plus fréquentés (Pornhub, Tukif, Xhamster, Xvideo, Xnxx) d’installer un dispositif efficace pour empêcher leur accès aux mineurs. Une fois notifiées, ces plateformes ont 15 jours pour s’exécuter, sans quoi le CSA pourrait saisir le tribunal judiciaire de Paris en vue d’un blocage
