Ebranlée par une affaire judiciaire exceptionnelle, où des acteurs et producteurs du site « French Bukkake » sont poursuivis, l’industrie pornographique française tente de changer ses pratiques, dans un milieu où le consentement est une notion parfois abstraite. Fin octobre, huit personnes du site « French Bukkake », qui propose des vidéos extrêmement violentes mettant en scène des jeunes femmes faisant souvent leurs débuts dans l’industrie, ont été mises en examen pour « viols », « proxénétisme » ou « traite d’êtres humains ».
Des pratiques « affreuses » mais « banales »
Ce serait la première fois en France que des acteurs pornos sont poursuivis pour « viol », indiquait une source proche du dossier cet automne. Le Monde a sorti mi-décembre un dossier consacré aux pratiques de rabattage menées pour convaincre des jeunes femmes précaires ou fragiles de tourner des vidéos. Les réalisateurs leur imposaient au dernier moment de multiples partenaires et des pratiques violentes non consenties.
