Déjà deux semaines que le Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel (CSA) a demandé aux sites pornographiques de bloquer l'accès aux mineurs. Depuis, rien n'a changé, mais la bataille juridique est loin d'être terminée.
«Nous allons regarder les réponses qui nous ont été apportées», a assuré Roch-Olivier Maistre, président du CSA, sur franceinfo ce 3 janvier. «Si la situation n'a pas évolué, nous saisirons le tribunal judiciaire.» A la clé : le blocage de certains sites pornographiques en France... y compris pour les majeurs...
