Les députés ont déjà apporté plusieurs modifications à la loi visant à généraliser la disponibilité du contrôle parental contre la pornographie. Mais toujours sans imposer par défaut son activation.
La proposition de loi visant à généraliser la disponibilité des outils de contrôle parental est entrée en discussion à l’Assemblée nationale ce mercredi 12 janvier 2022 et déjà plusieurs amendements sont venus modifier les contours de ce texte. Si son examen parlementaire n’en est qu’à ses débuts, plusieurs modifications sont à noter dès à présent.
Le premier amendement adopté par les députés membres de la commission des affaires culturelles et de l’éducation concerne la gratuité des dispositifs de contrôle parental (amendement n°AC38), que le texte entend fortement encourager, afin que le public ne soit pas face à un surcoût. L’activation et l’utilisation de ces logiciels ne doivent rien coûter.
