Dans le cadre de leur mission d’information sur les dérives de l’industrie pornographique, la délégation aux droits des femmes du Sénat auditionnait sociologues et juristes. Chacun à leur niveau, les chercheurs ont distingué les violences sexuelles de la pornographie.
« J’ai un questionnement par rapport à ce que nous entendons ce matin de la part de chercheurs et ce que nous avons entendu il y a 15 jours de la part des associations féministes ». La sénatrice communiste, Laurence Cohen, rapporteure de la mission d’information du Sénat sur la pornographie, a mis l’accent sur la difficulté d’approche des dérives liées à cette industrie.
Il y a deux semaines, en effet, dans cette même salle, les associations féministes, parties civiles dans l’affaire dit « du porno français », avaient dénoncé le « proxénétisme à l’échelle industrielle », les « violences sexuelles commanditées », une industrie où le consentement des actrices « est extorqué par l’argent et l’exploitation de la vulnérabilité ».
