FIGAROVOX/TRIBUNE - Ce 8 février 2022 avait lieu la 19e édition du «Safer Internet Day», la journée internationale pour un Internet plus sûr. À cette occasion, Rémy Verlyck alerte des multiples dangers de la pornographie pour les jeunes, la société et l'environnement.
Qu'est-ce qui pourrait sauver l'amour ? La chanteuse Billie Eilish a récemment fait l'objet de nombreux articles après avoir déclaré avoir développé une addiction à la pornographie dès l'âge de 11 ans. «Je pense que cela a vraiment détruit mon cerveau et je me sens incroyablement dévastée d'avoir été exposée à autant de porno». Désormais âgée de 20 ans, elle affirme avoir souffert de cauchemars liés à la violence des vidéos qu'elle a visionnées. Selon le baromètre OpinionWay pour Familles Durables, 73% des Français estiment que les mineurs sont mal protégés contre les problèmes affectifs liés à la porno-dépendance, et 75% estiment que les mineurs ne sont pas protégés contre l'exposition aux images pornographiques. Une analyse sur les effets de la pornographie, raisonnable, holistique, dénuée de moralisme et inclusive de la réalité vécue par les personnes, s'impose.
