L'Arcom a reçu les constats d'huissiers lui permettant d'établir si les sites sont en conformité avec leur obligation sur la vérification de l'âge des mineurs.
Le 13 décembre dernier, le régulateur des médias audiovisuels et numériques (ex-CSA, devenu entre-temps l'Arcom) adresse un ultimatum à cinq sites pornographiques. Ils sont sommés de mieux empêcher l'accès de mineurs à leurs plateformes, sous peine de se voir complètement bloqués dans l'Hexagone. Une obligation inscrite dans la loi contre les violences conjugales votée en 2020.
Les sites Pornhub, Tukif, Xhamster, Xvideo et Xnxx avaient au départ deux semaines pour montrer patte blanche, un processus finalement allongé par des lourdeurs administratives. Mais, selon nos informations, le régulateur vient de recevoir ses constats d'huissiers qui déterminent si les entreprises sont en conformité avec la loi. Il décidera de saisir la justice ou non «dans les prochains jours».
