Le mardi 8 mars, l'Arcom (ex-CSA) a fait savoir que le tribunal de Paris avait été saisi afin d'obtenir le blocage, depuis la France, de cinq sites pornographiques, parmi lesquels figurent Pornhub et Xvideos.
L'Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom), nouvelle entité née le 1er janvier 2022 de la fusion entre le CSA et Hadopi, fourbit ses armes. Ce mardi 8 mars, le gendarme de l'audiovisuel a annoncé avoir saisi la justice afin d’obtenir le blocage de cinq sites pornographiques en raison de l'absence de vérification efficace de l'âge de leurs visiteurs. Les premières entités visées sont Pornhub, Tukif, XHamster, Xnxx et Xvidéos. Auparavant, l'Arcom avait adressé une injonction aux plateformes afin qu’elles se mettent en conformité, les huissiers n'ayant pas constaté d'évolution positive à l'issue du délai imparti.
