Pornhub, Tukif, XHamster, Xnxx et Xvidéos ne sont pas en conformité avec les règles de protection des mineurs inscrites dans la loi contre les violences conjugales.
Après la mise en garde vient la sanction. L'Arcom (ex-CSA) a saisi la justice 8 mars et demande le blocage de 5 sites pornographiques: Pornhub, Tukif, XHamster, Xnxx et Xvidéos. Le gendarme de l'audiovisuel avait adressé une injonction aux plateformes et laissé 15 jours pour se mettre en conformité avec la loi. Les constats d'huissiers reçus par l'autorité montrent que les hébergeurs n'ont pas respecté ces délais.
