Si les sites pornographiques sont aujourd'hui menacés d'être bloqués, les solutions proposées pour vérifier l'âge des internautes sont-elles viables ?

Depuis décembre dernier, l’Arcom somme 5 sites pornographiques d’empêcher l’accès à leurs contenus aux mineurs. Resté sans réponse, le régulateur français des médias saisissait le tribunal judiciaire le 8 mars dernier. Il demandait alors le blocage de Pornhub, Tukif, Xhamster, Xvideos et Xnxx.

Néanmoins, si la justice décide de bloquer ces sites, quelles solutions ont-ils à disposition pour pouvoir interdire leurs sites aux moins de 18 ans et sont-elles sans danger ?

L’Arcom demande aux sites pornographiques de se conformer à la loi en restreignant leur accès aux mineurs pour les protéger
