Depuis le déploiement de ses Boost payant, Twitch est confronté à une recrudescence de la pornographie. Quitte à mettre la plateforme en danger ?
Twitch a toujours adopté une position compliquée vis-à-vis des contenus sexuellement explicites. Il y a déjà plusieurs mois, la plateforme créait une catégorie spéciale “Bikinis et Jacuzzis” afin de rassembler les streams jugés trop sulfureux pour ses annonceurs. Alors que la pornographie est officiellement interdite, les vidéos mettant en scène des créatrices de contenu dans des positions suggestives se multiplient, et connaissent un succès mondial. L’un des exemples les plus célèbres de cet engouement reste sans doute la streameuse Amouranth, plusieurs fois sanctionnée mais jamais bannie, qui bénéficierait même d’un traitement de faveur de la part de l’entreprise.
