À qui revient la charge de protéger les mineurs des contenus pornographiques sur le web ? Tel est le coeur du débat s’étant tenu à la cour d’appel de Paris le 31 mars dernier entre le ministère public et les opérateurs.
Jeudi dernier, des associations de protection de l’enfance et les opérateurs ont été entendus dans le cadre de la protection des mineurs face aux contenus en ligne. La procédure porte à la base sur une demande de deux associations espérant le blocage de neuf sites pornographiques chez les FAI. Si le ministère public demande une expertise pour trouver une solution applicable par Orange et consorts, ces derniers considèrent que le rôle revient aux sites eux mêmes.
