L’Arcom, née d’une fusion du CSA et d’Hadopi, a saisi le tribunal judiciaire de Paris pour bloquer cinq sites pornographiques. Ces derniers n’ont en effet pas mis en place de mesures permettant de bloquer l’accès de leur site à des mineurs.
Les éditeurs des sites pornographiques « Pornhub », « Tukif », « Xhamster », « Xnxx » et « Xvideos » sont dans le viseur de la justice française : conformément à la loi du 30 juillet 2020 visant à protéger les victimes de violences conjugales, ces sites sont obligés de contrôler l’âge de leurs visiteurs pour empêcher l’accès aux mineurs.
