Les sites sont censés s'assurer que les utilisateurs ne sont pas âgés de moins de 18 ans.
Les sites pornographiques YouPorn et RedTube ont été sommés par l'Arcom, régulateur français de l'audiovisuel et du numérique, de bloquer leur accès aux mineurs, avant de s'exposer à un arrêt de leur service sur décision judiciaire, selon des mises en demeures publiées mercredi 27 avril au Journal officiel.
En décembre dernier, le régulateur avait déjà exhorté cinq autres sites pornographiques -Pornhub, Tukif, Xhamster, Xvideos, Xnxx- de se conformer à la réglementation française. Il avait ensuite saisi la justice début mars pour demander leur blocage, faute de réaction des sites concernés.
