La mission d’information du Sénat sur les dérives de l’industrie pornographique organisait ce mercredi une table ronde afin d’évaluer les solutions techniques permettant de restreindre l’accès de ces contenus aux mineurs. Deux ans après la promulgation de la loi, le dispositif n’est toujours pas mis en œuvre.
Ce mercredi, des représentants de l’Arcom, de Google, de la fédération française des télécoms (FFT), de la Cnil ou encore du Pôle d’expertise de la régulation numérique (PEReN) étaient auditionnés par la mission d’information du Sénat sur les dérives de l’industrie pornographique pour répondre à une question majeure. Pourquoi l’article 23 de la loi du 30 juillet 2020 peine à toujours s’appliquer ?
