Le propriétaire du site pornographique "Jacquie et Michel", Michel Piron, et quatre autres personnes ont été placés en garde à vue mardi dans une enquête ouverte à Paris pour "viols" et "proxénétisme", a appris l'AFP de sources concordantes.
M. Piron et sa femme "ont été placés en garde à vue ce matin dans le cadre d'une enquête préliminaire" ouverte en juillet 2020 "pour des faits supposés de proxénétisme, complicité de viol et complicité d'agressions sexuelles entre 2009 et 2015", a annoncé l'avocat du groupe Ares, détenteur du site, Me Nicolas Cellupica. "L'intéressé et son épouse ont été interpellés et placés en garde à vue ce matin ainsi que trois autres personnes", a confirmé le parquet de Paris, sollicité par l'AFP.
