Me Nicolas Cellupica, avocat du site pornographique «Jacquie et Michel», a dénoncé mardi 5 juillet sur BFMTV les «mensonges» des sept plaignantes qui valent à quatre hommes des mises en examen pour des infractions telles que «viol», «proxénétisme» ou «traite des êtres humains».
«Pas de problème de consentement»
Les sept plaignantes, des actrices dans des tournages anciennement diffusés par la plateforme, «mentent et sont des calomnieuses», selon l'avocat du groupe Ares, propriétaire du site, qui a dénoncé «une opération de fake news et d'intox» et un dossier «quasi-vide». Ces femmes dénoncent des viols ou d'autres pratiques non-consenties et douloureuses lors de tournages. «Aujourd'hui, lorsqu'une actrice pornographique ou une femme dépose plainte pour viol, on ne peut plus rien dire, on prend sa parole pour parole d'évangile, qui fait office d'accusation et de condamnation», a-t-il lancé...
