L'État de l'Utah aux États-Unis va examiner un projet de loi dédié à la mise en place d'un système de filtre automatique des contenus pornographiques sur chaque smartphone et tablette vendus dans l'État après le 1er janvier 2022. La décision d'adopter ce dispositif repose maintenant sur les épaules de Spencer Cox, le gouverneur de l'Utah.
Alors que Pornhub vient récemment de supprimer des milliers de vidéos pour lutter contre la pédopornographie, l'État de l'Utah souhaite de son côté voter une mesure inédite. En effet, l'Utah examine actuellement un projet de loi dédié à la mise en place d'un filtre automatique pour bloquer les contenus pornographiques sur tous les smartphones et tablettes vendus sur le territoire après le 1er janvier 2022.
