La commission ad hoc des États s’est ralliée à la proposition votée par le National pour protéger plus efficacement les jeunes. Voire bloquer des plateformes.
Le Conseil national a adopté le 9 mai dernier une motion de Niklaus-Samuel Gugger (C/ZH) qui demande une meilleure protection des moins de 16 ans contre les images pornographiques sur le web. Malgré l’opposition du Conseil fédéral, du PLR et d’une majorité de l’UDC, le conseil a suivi l’argumentation de l’évangéliste zurichois.
