Six sites pornographiques ont été mis en demeure par le CSA pour trouver des solutions concrètes afin d’empêcher leur accès aux mineurs. Alors, on fait quoi ?
D’un côté : l’Observatoire de la parentalité et de l’éducation numérique (Open), l’Union nationale des associations familiales (Unaf) et le Conseil français des associations pour les droits de l’enfant (Cofrade). De l’autre : Pornhub, Xvideos, Xhamster, Tukif, Jacquie et Michel et Xnxx. Trois associations face à six sites diffusant du contenu pornographique gratuitement.
La raison de ce conflit ? Les sites visés « n’ont aucun système de filtrage permettant de vérifier l’âge de l’internaute les consultant », selon l’Observatoire. Pour arbitrer tout ça ? Le Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA), saisi par l’Observatoire pour mettre en place une « une procédure de blocage du référencement et de l’accès ». Du moins si les sites en question n’apportent pas une solution rapide, pour protéger les mineurs.
