Une start-up japonaise est en train de créer une application qui détecte les nudes pris par des mineur·es avant que les photos ne se retrouvent sur internet. L'objectif de cette intelligence artificielle : endiguer la pédopornographie et rassurer les parents.
Un torse ? Effaccé. Un abdomen ? Supprimé. Des parties génitales ? Gommées. Une start-up japonaise, Smartbooks, a créé une application basée sur l’intelligence artificielle qui détecte les photographies de mineur·es nu·es sur leurs smartphones avant qu’iels n’aient le temps de les envoyer à qui que ce soit, les intercepte et les efface. L’appli, développée en collaboration avec une université et la préfecture de police de Nakamura, est encore dans sa phase de test, mais elle a pour but de combattre l’exploitation sexuelle des mineur·es, explique un article de Vice.
