Le tribunal judiciaire de Paris a accepté mardi de transmettre à la Cour de Cassation une question prioritaire de constitutionnalité (QPC) de la plateforme pornographique Pornhub, menacée de blocage par la justice si elle n'empêche pas l'accès des mineurs à ses contenus.
La plateforme, appartenant au géant mondial du porno MindGeek, est l'un des cinq sites mis en demeure par l'Arcom fin 2021 d'instaurer un contrôle de l'âge de leurs visiteurs. Faute de réaction des sites, l'Arcom avait ensuite demandé au président du tribunal judiciaire d'ordonner leur blocage par les opérateurs...
