Après plus de six mois de travaux, des dizaines d’heures d’auditions (dont celle, à huis clos, de victimes de l’affaire dite « French Bukkake ») et une analyse des principaux contenus pornographiques en ligne aujourd’hui, la délégation dénonce une industrie de la pornographie qui génère des violences systémiques envers les femmes. 


Elle alerte le Gouvernement et l’opinion publique sur l’ampleur de ce phénomène et appelle à faire de la lutte contre les violences pornographiques et leurs conséquences une priorité de politique publique et pénale.
