Pornhub n'a plus beaucoup de cartes à jouer pour continuer de demander une simple déclaration de majorité pour accéder à ses contenus. Le Conseil d'État a rejeté son recours contre l'Arcom, qui tente de bloquer le site pornographique en France.
La guerre entre Pornhub et globalement tous les sites pornographiques et l’Arcom n’est pas encore terminée, mais elle avance. L’autorité publique a remporté une bataille il y a quelques jours : celle du Conseil d’État, face à un Pornhub qui veut tout faire pour ne pas avoir à vérifier l’âge de ses utilisateurs.
