Les éditeurs de Pornhub, YouPorn et RedTube ont cherché à challenger la loi française devant les tribunaux, au sujet du contrôle de l’âge des internautes. Mais les verdicts n’ont rien donné.

C’est un début d’année défavorable pour les principaux sites pornographiques sur le terrain du droit. Alors qu’aux États-Unis, ces espaces ont désormais l’obligation — en Louisiane pour le moment — de vérifier correctement l’âge des internautes (via le contrôle du permis de conduire), plusieurs mauvaises nouvelles sont arrivées en France dans le domaine de la justice.
