La nouvelle loi sur la protection des mineurs dans les secteurs du film et du jeu vidéo pourrait être délétère pour la vie privée numérique. Un référendum pourrait aboutir de justesse.
En voulant protéger les plus jeunes, le Conseil fédéral ne risque-t-il pas de nourrir les géants du web de nos données privées? C'est ce que redoute le Parti pirate, qui a lancé un référendum contre la Loi fédérale sur la protection des mineurs dans les secteurs du film et du jeu vidéo. Si elle rentre en vigueur, Netflix pourrait contrôler la carte d'identité de ses utilisateurs pour s'assurer qu'un mineur n'est pas exposé à un contenu violent. Mais le temps presse: le Parti pirate a jusqu'au jeudi 19 janvier 2023 pour récolter plusieurs milliers de signatures.
