L’intérieur veut expérimenter des containers de contenus pédo et terro chez les opérateurs
Dans une note révélée par Contexte, le gouvernement propose de tester l’inversion des signalements en matière de contenus « pédo » et « terro ».
Avec un tel mécanisme, les contenus identifiés par les opérateurs comme relevant de ces infractions les plus graves, ne seraient plus effacés directement.
Lorsqu’ils sont accessibles dans la sphère publique et relevant des juridictions françaises, ils seraient versés « dans des containers » pendant 90 jours, avant effacement. Ces données seraient alors accessibles aux services enquêteurs, avec possibilité pour eux de lancer des réquisitions judiciaires afin d’identifier les auteurs.
