Un amendement sénatorial suggérait d'utiliser le dispositif d'identité numérique géré par l'État pour contrôler l'âge des internautes et renforcer les barrières aux mineurs.
Le gouvernement ne prévoit pas d'utiliser France Connect pour vérifier que les visiteurs des sites pornographiques ne sont pas mineurs. En préambule à la présentation du rapport du Conseil national du numérique sur l'identité numérique, ce lundi 15 juin, le secrétaire d'Etat au Numérique Cédric O a assuré que le dispositif d'identité numérique généré par l'État ne figurait pas parmi les solutions qui seront proposées aux éditeurs de sites pornos pour contrôler l'âge de leurs visiteurs.
